1. Service Description

Crown Finish LLC provides premium automotive detailing services, including exterior washing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior detailing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles or conditions beyond our scope.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. We will contact you by phone or email within one business day to confirm your slot. We may suggest an alternative date or time if your preferred slot is unavailable.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may affect future booking eligibility.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services requested. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of appointment confirmation. Payment terms are discussed during confirmation. We accept cash, credit card, and other methods as communicated at booking.

4. SMS Program

Crown Finish operates an SMS notification program to keep customers informed about their appointments.

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation text, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
